Out of the reporting maze.
Into a system that runs itself.

Hyperautomaze turns recurring finance reporting into an automated flow — data moves from SAP, Power BI and Excel into finished, management-ready packs. Automation first, AI where useful, finance always in control.

1One cycle, two ways

Stop rebuilding the pack.
Start running a system.

We help CFO offices and FP&A teams turn fragmented recurring reporting work into structured, decision-ready systems.

Illustrative monthly cycle — every engagement starts by measuring your real numbers

Today — manual, every month

Data pulled and prepared by hand6.0h
Pack & tables rebuilt from scratch9.0h
Charts updated one by one4.0h
Commentary drafted under deadline7.0h
Review loops repeat the same fixes5.0h
Final formatting & send-out3.0h
Per cycle 34h → 34h capacity moves to judgment

With a structured system

Data lands prepared, automatically0.5h
Pack & tables produced, not rebuilt1.0h
Charts refresh from standard templates0.0h
AI first draft — finance owns the wording2.0h
One focused review, not five loops1.5h
Formatting & send-out run themselves0.5h

This is also how we measure success: hours per cycle, review loops, time-to-pack — captured before, verified after. The ROI conversation happens in your numbers, not ours.

2What we do

We automate recurring finance reporting workflows.

We pull the data from your systems, structure it in Excel, and prepare every output in exactly the shape it flies into PowerPoint — refreshable by month, entity or whatever your view is.

Pack automation

Packs that build themselves

The data lands in Excel from your systems automatically — tables, charts and slides assemble into the pack, refreshable every cycle.

Commentary workflow

Drafted by AI. Owned by finance.

First drafts come from drivers, history and context — your team reviews and keeps the final word.

Management outputs

Board-ready, every cycle

One consistent, board-grade standard — without manual reformatting, month after month.

Workflow design

From maze to system

We split what repeats from what needs judgment — and structure the whole workflow around that line.

3How we think

Automation first. AI only where it adds value.

Stable, repeatable work should be structured and automated. Context, synthesis and first drafts are where AI helps — and finance stays in control.

Layer 01 — Structured logic

Automated, because it repeats

  • Data preparation & handoffs
  • Recurring calculations & tables
  • Charts & standard templates
  • PowerPoint assembly & triggers

Deterministic. Testable. The same result every cycle.

Layer 02 — Controlled AI support

AI-assisted, because it needs context

  • Driver identification & prioritisation
  • Context & history synthesis
  • First-draft commentary
  • Follow-up questions on missing info

Finance owns judgment, review and the final word — always.

“No source, no confident explanation. If context is missing, the system asks for it.

4Trust by design

Built to be safe in a finance environment.

Your data stays governed

Minimal data movement, no training on your data — GDPR-conscious by default.

Works in your existing stack

Built around Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP / SAC — no rip-and-replace.

Finance owns the judgment

AI drafts and flags gaps. Your team reviews, approves and owns the final word.

You own what we build

Documented and handed over — no black box, no agency lock-in.

5How we engage

A structured path from diagnosis to system.

Three contained steps. Each one stands on its own, each one lowers the risk of the next.

01
Entry point

Reporting Workflow Diagnostic

≈ 2 weeks · fixed scope · standalone result

We map your workflow, measure the burden in hours and loops, and hand you a prioritised roadmap.

The roadmap is yours to keep — with or without us.

02
First build

Pack & Commentary Automation Pilot

≈ 4–8 weeks · one recurring workflow

One workflow automated end to end — with a measured before-and-after in your own numbers.

Contained project, visible value, no platform commitment.

03
Rollout

Structured Reporting System Build

Scoped after the pilot

The proven logic rolled out across your recurring outputs — documented and handed over.

You own the system.

6Common questions

The questions a CFO should ask.

Where does our data go?+

Nowhere it doesn't need to. We work inside your environment with minimal data movement, use AI only for the steps we explicitly agree on, and never allow training on your data. Data handling is defined together with your IT before anything runs.

Do we need to buy new software?+

No. We build in and around your existing stack — Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud, ERP exports, SharePoint. The goal is structure in your workflow, not another license on your bill.

Do you know our systems — SAP, SAC, Power BI?+

Yes. The work is grounded in hands-on experience with the reporting reality around ERP data, SAP / SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI and the Excel-and-PowerPoint layer where management reporting actually gets finished. We automate around your systems — we don't ask you to replace them.

Why not just buy an FP&A tool?+

Tools present data; they don't walk the path from data to a management-ready pack with commentary. That path is a workflow — and it's exactly what we structure, around whatever tools you already use. If you have an FP&A platform, we make it more useful, not redundant.

How much of this is AI?+

Less than you might expect — deliberately. Everything stable and rules-based runs as structured automation. AI is used only where context and synthesis matter: driver logic, commentary first drafts, surfacing missing information. And it never publishes; finance reviews and owns every output.

Who owns what gets built?+

You do. Workflow logic, templates and documentation are handed over as part of every engagement. No black box, no dependency by design.

How fast do we see results?+

The diagnostic takes about two weeks and delivers value on its own — a measured map of your reporting burden and a prioritised roadmap. A first pilot typically shows its before-and-after within one to two reporting cycles.

7About Hyperautomaze

Hyperautomaze exists because finance teams spend too much time producing recurring outputs — and too little time understanding them.

Grounded in real finance operations

Founder-led and finance-native: hands-on FP&A, modelling and management reporting — turned into structured, automated workflows. The role in every engagement: the bridge between finance, data, automation and AI.

What we believe

Finance has a workflow problem, not just a data problem. Automation handles what repeats. AI supports context and drafts. Finance owns the final word.

Clarity first. Technology second. Hype never.
